Pierre-Christian Brochetо about one of his favorite contemporary artists, Valery Chtak

In his YouTube channel “Pierre in Russia” a Moscow-based French collector Pierre-Christian Brochet tells about his diverse collection of contemporary art and explains how and why he chose pieces for his collection. Brochet was one of the first to collect Russian contemporary artists at the very beginning of their career, such as Vladislav Mamyshev-Monro, Alexey Kallima, Valery Chtak, the Blue Noses, Kirill Lebedev KTO, Vlad Kulkov and many others. All these artists have become famous nowadays. They are in many museums and private collections in Russia and abroad. By the way, the next issue on April 30 is dedicated to one of his favorite contemporary artists, Valery Chtak. Pierre will explain why he already in 2006 bought his fantastic picture “Spy” and why this painting is especially important!
