On the 18th of December «Artika» made a Christmas show at KOP Studio. Artworks of the main «protagonists» of the Studio — Liudmila Konstantinova, Gosha Ostretsov and Sergey Pakhomov -formed the exhibition. The central part of exposition was a huge painting by Gosha Ostretsov «Seven Samurai», made on an authentic 19th century Japanese colored etching. Japanese pianist Megumi Ikeda played Prokofiev’s Symphony No. 7 and performed avant-grade writings by contemporary Japanese composer Toru Takemitsu. Guests were welcomed with light drinks, breezy art discussions and Rain Tree sketch for piano.
